  11. I gave a very busy life style as well! I don't know if this will work for you, but I make a protein shake in the morning and bring it with me to work. You can put it in a Thermos bottle and drink it during the day at work. I try to put 30-40 grams of protein in it, so I know the bulk of my protein needs are met! Good luck!
  12. They have the protein shots on Amazon. You could also try Isopure-tsstes nasty but has 40 grams of protein and 160 calories. I dilute it with water if I need extra protein.
  13. I put it in my banana shake yesterday and it was yummy!
  14. My friend adds a scoop of oatmeal and some cinnamon to her vanilla protein shake! I'm going to try it later!

  18. I love PB2! I add it to my shake for an extra 5 grams of protein for 50 calories!
  19. Are you eating enough protein and drinking all of your water? Have you been exercising? That has helped me!
  20. I'm post-op. It's not actually a banana, it's banana flavored whey protein! I can't even have bananas yet! I'm only 4 weeks out:)
  21. See if there's a chain near you-maybe Cups or Blue Pineapple?
  22. Froyo is frozen yogurt- I get sugar free 95% fat free! It's very good with under 100 calories and 5-8 grams of protein.
  23. Anyone have any ideas on how to add some protein to my froyo? Has anyone mixed it with PB2?
