Oh my word... my fiance likes to hunt (though doesn't get to often). We are so different as I am sooooo squeemish and he will eat about anything. He shot an elk (in Texas of all places) a few years back and I threatened him to never try to sneak an elk roast on the table or I was done and he didn't.....

I wish I liked to eat Venison but I just can't get past those big brown eyes I know it is a great lean protein but I just can't do it. Kudo's for making such a wonderful healthy meal and economical in these days.

i agree with jean and banjo...maybe instead of going to curves now, spend that money on a dr visit,,...i was on anti depressants for a long while as my brother killed himself...and i didnt have the greatest upbringing and i found solace in drink and excess food.......i have always felt alone and though no one understands or even cares..but you know what, as long as you care about you, you can begin to find yourself..i know you think that wont happen, but it can...look deep inside..your in there.......
i was like you..i couldnt walk and all i did was sit and eat and get bigger and get more depressed but i had to reach my final straw...i felt if i didnt do something,,,i don know what would happen....

As someone who has suffered major depression for over 40 years, I just want to give you a cyber-hug, tell you not to give up on yourself, and strongly advise you to talk to your PCP about getting an RX for an antidepressant (or changing the med and/or the dose if you're already on one).

Please let me be here for you. I take medicine for depression caused by an anxiety disorder.I don't know exactly how you feel, but I know what hopeless feels like and what lonely feels like when you are around people.
I have lost friends, fake friends actually, and have watched my kids experience that too.

I can totally understand your frustration and the waiting period can be daunting as we are all excited to start our journey.
Try to be patient. It will come. You have dealt with your weight probably for a long time... what's a few more days.
You DO belong. You are welcome and knowledge is power so it is good that you are on here even if you are not quite "there" yet.

Waiting is frustrating, I waited 7mths, but the knowledge I gained b/c I hung out here is better than any class I had to take.
