  3. Okay I have had all my blood work done, and the doctor said that my protein levels are great as well as my vitamin levels. I get enough protien everyday, but I am still loosing hair. I mean I can make a wig with whats falling out. Any suggestions?
  4. I take Solotron from the GNC its a multi vitamin, and I take Calcium citrate chewable that I got online, its a nice citrus flavor, a sublingual b-12 (disolves under the tounge) and Previcid (meltaway). Dr told me that I would be on Previcid for the next year, to keep from developing ulcers.
  5. Follow what the doctor says, just take one at a time, and chew, chew, chew. It might feel a little weird when it hits your stomach, but you will get through it.
  6. My doctor told me to give it two to three days and see how they sit. Day four was better then day three.
  7. I started right off using the Wheybolic 60 from GNC, I used it with light vanilla Soy milk, which my Nutritionist advised was great! I never had any problems, it was easily digested and no heartburn and ...it tasted great. I use the vanilla with a drop of two of coconut extract and its fabulous. annnnnd to date I've lost about 60 or so pounds, sooo something mustbe working
  8. I was just wondering if anyone had soreness in their legs, it almost feels like my skin hurts. Not from walking/working out. Just feels kind of weird. I had my surgery May 10, and I'm just concerned. Any suggestions? Thanks
