Gosh I am soryto hear that you have this problem. Her in the uk they would unfil your band completely and getu feeling better. May b that is an opyion before you have it removed. I am presuming you have lost weight. Have you lost much. Has ithe band helped/gOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DECISSION.mRS d

Hi Thanks for your throughts. I am allergic to Vanco i had it go through my veins and they od me on it. I then became very ill. I cant get Zyvox as yet but am trying really hard.I have had mrsa now for 1 year 3months. Been in and out of hospitol tryed loads of alternative remidies, including the Honey from New Zealand.But still have mrsa. and very ill.Fay

Hi thanks for replying. I have a fill provider but i was just wondering if we could start a post with fill providrs in the uk. I no a friend of mine needed an emergency unfil Wednesday, she had to go to London from Bath, but got one! Shaw summers did it.Fay

Plastic Surgery UK
HI kATIE.My friend had her band in Belgium 2 years ago. She has lost 6 stone. She went back to the Belgium a few months ago and the same surgeon who banded her, did a tummy tuck. The cost was very little. The tt was excellent. She is now going back on good friday to one of his colleges to have her boobs done.!Mrs D

Uk nhs
Hi the surgeon has taken swobs from my stomach when he put the new port in and said that they were ok. But when i had a defill 3 weeks ago the liquid was the yellow that came off. The first time i saw it, I was a bit shocked. Everyone else is clear. The nurse went and got the doc to confirm i was ok. He said I was........ So now have I got it in my stomach or havent I........ So I now have appointment a week tomorrow with surgeon who I feel that needs to fund a new band for me what do u think??????Mrs D

Hi everyone. Dont no if you are famililier with the uk health system. We have a nhs here.Today i have been to see my doc re a new drug which is out to treat MRSA wHICH i HAVE. i AM UNABLE TO HAVE vANCOMYCIN AS i AM ALLERGIC TO IT. i HAVE MRSA IN MY PORT WOUND. hAVE HAD T FOR 14MONTHS. Doc said he could not perscribe the new drug cost to much.So hubby said we would pay. It cost nearly £1000. Doc's advice was well what if it dose not work. He said he will aplly for funding from the NHS to pay for it. I said I could be dead by they time they agree!Really down at the moment.Mrs D

Hi, there is a group at the Nuffield Celtenham which meet on a Sunday afternoon the first sunday of each month.But there are a lot of people that come down the M5 to my group which is this Saturday. I may be bias but out group is brill.Fay

Hi everyone in the UK.Just to invite you all to the South west support group meeting this Saturday. 10th March at The Lamb & Flag Cribbs Causeway Near Bristol. starts around 7-730pm.Very informal evening, but lots of support.
