  1. Congrats and good luck to you on Monday!
  2. Hi! I'm 4'11 and my highest weight was 363. I lost 70 pounds doing the Atkins diet. I gained half of that back, but I started doing 1500 calories and lost 32 pounds so far! I know you don't want to go out, but any bit of movement will help you. My knees were always hurting as well as my feet, but as soon as the pounds start rolling off, the pain eases and the feet stop swelling. As for the surgery, I could never afford it and I lived paycheck to paycheck. I was lucky that my job offered the surgery at 100%, so I jumped at the chance I'm from Texas too, btw.
  3. I believe mine is happening because of the medication I'm taking for my low prolactin...cabergoline.
  4. OMG! I knew I had thinning hair and I've noticed that alot has been coming out lately. But I didn't think it looked like this! I haven't even had the surgery yet :'( I'm ordering XFusion now.
  5. Well I've been separated for 2 months now, so I consider myself single. I really don't like the dating thing but I also don't want to be alone. I think I won't have any luck til after I'm sleeved.
  6. Thanks. I'll have to look for that cream.
  7. I'm sorry to hear this. My husband of 16 years decided to abandon me at the beginning of my journey. I had a terrible time coping and trying to forget him, til I got a "special friend" My depression was instantly removed and it helped me realize that hubby did me a favor and he doesn't deserve to enjoy the new me.
  8. That's awesome!
  9. You look great! I can't wait to wear jeans and tshirts!

  11. tishissweet: Wow, I didn't think a study like this could be so much alliecat1095: Its almost time! Congrats!!! I'm tired of waiting and my weight keeps going up and down, up and down
  12. Congrats! That's a great start!!!
  13. Thanks! The surgery itself is covered 100%, so I'm glad for that at least.
  14. Well the weight loss secretary just emailed me and told me that because of the insurance yearly deductible, its $1,000, so I'll have to pay the $1,025 but the other tests will be 10%.
  15. Oh really, good thing you shopped around. I'm working right now and its very slooow.
  16. *HUGS* Sorry this happened to you. But like the rest have said, its best finding out what's going on with your iron before surgery. I hope they can find out what it is soon.
  17. @ alliecat1095 - Yes, I do in Brownsville. This year our insurance will pay 100% for the surgery, but I do have to pay for all doctor visits and tests myself.
  18. Yay! You're almost there!
  19. @ alliecat1095 - What kind of insurance do you have? I have Valley Baptist Health Plans. I only attended the first weight loss seminar in Brownsville, not any of the other meetings.
  20. you're a great artist!
