  1. Share here too!! We love healthy sleeve recipes! Great job!
  2. Mmmmm sounds good!
  3. I'm not sure about everyone else but I still take babyspoon bites...more like half a baby spoon full. I fill up rather quickly so I go slow and take small bites. I still measure my food but that's just me because I hate my old habit of trying to finish my plate if I don't measure...then I will be miserable.
  4. I haven't heard anything. If I do, ill post here. I think you are ok. Mothers worry. I know I would be so worried about my daughter. She probably got over whelmed.
  5. Oh I can relate!!! I'm so worried, I just had two emergency surgeries just when I hoped my hair loss would cease. According to my nutritionist its going under anesthesia that cause the hair loss months later. I hope I do not start losing again.
  6. I smiled so much for you! Your story brings hope and makes me feel so happy for you!! Amazing job well done! <3
  7. Oh I'm going to add walnuts! Sounds good and a nice treat. I need to use my unflavored protein powder and this will be nice!
  8. I remember having different pains here and there around that time period. I think your right just call your Dr. if it persists just to check in.
  9. I think I did about one week out. As long as it doesn't hurt, I think you will be ok. Just be slow and careful
  10. I'm 7 months out and I enjoyed it. I loved that I ate slowly and engaged in conversation. Sad to say but before surgery food was my main priority at the table. I also felt fine after eatting. I didn't feel sluggish or in a food coma. I absolutely loved my meal
  11. I know someone in real life not hearsay or internet who had a leak at 8 weeks post op. Follow the guide lines...its just too scary to risk it. As for chewing and spitting, oh man I think a lot of us have...we have moments, we are human but never willingly risk it.
  12. Woohooo! Great feeling, Congrats
  13. Oh that brings back childhood memories! I think I might mix some up!! Thanks
  14. Sometimes it happens when your body is in ketosis from high protein diet. It should subside. Best of luck!

  18. I did not have a drain. I have heard it feels much better once its out. I'm not sure how bothersome it is...
  19. It tastes horrid but it works the best and quickest. Just take it and then take a drink of gatorade or anything u wish...if you really need relief its the best solution. But yep they all taste icky. Best of luck. Drink lots of water!
