  3. I eat a bowl of grape nut cereal. It has great fiber and 8 grams of protein for a 1/2 cup. Also love adding it to my yogurt for crunch.

  5. Yes I kept up with vitamins and protein. I was told it was inevitable. -__-
  6. I experienced major hair loss starting at month 5 and it continues no matter what I do So ready for it to stop I have already chopped all of my long thick hair off because its now so thin and dry.

I wanted to barf just watching him eat it Why would you do that to educate others lol use your words people Blah Anyways everyone is different... You should want to change from having this surgery but some just want the weight loss . I believe in the beginning we all hope to be able to feel "normal" again but that's the key word *again* we probably never ate "normal" before if you were obese like I was ... After months of living with our sleeves I think those feelings diminish and we become comfortable with what we can or cannot do... The beginning is hard mentally but it gets easier

  19. I'm the same... I felt forced just to drink a sip myself, it was difficult just sipping an ounce in 30 minutes. I couldn't get it in but my mom was a drill Sargent It was so hard
  20. Oh my I love my iPhone too! It's the first I have had and I'm enjoying it!!! I just want to see more info on people's posts I guess I got use to seeing it on my android. But I won't go back, I'm sold on the iPhone
