  3. My anxiety medication was increased as well but I was assured its just a temporary phase post op and things should be back to normal around 12 months. I'm already feeling better and not needing half of my allowed doses so there is a light
  4. I can't seem to make the same people, who constantly reminded me how detrimental my obesity was and that I had to lose weight, happy! Every conversation before was about what I was doing to lose the weight and I looked terrible yadda yadda... Now every conversation is about how I don't need to lose any more weight and I'm not eating enough to be healthy and yadda yadda It's a losing battle to appease them.
  5. Oh you will still be able to eat popcorn just not for several months I love eating a little popcorn
  6. I remember reading about that and wondering if it helped. Sounds like it really does.
  7. Every time I came on this forum and posted anything someone kind responded... It is why I am still here... I want to return that to someone else... Doesn't matter if I've read it a million times, that's because I'm 9 months out, it is the first time for them and if I can answer or offer advice then that's what I do.

  14. Yes they do... Some walmarts have better variety than others but yes
  15. 120 grams of protein a day plus food intake is exactly what body builders do to bulk up. That is where the weight gain came from... That has been corrected The problem here lies in the fact she feels no restriction since day one and not only no restriction but she has not become ill from eating a normal size meal. She has been posting from the beginning that something was different with her intake levels and recovery. It's one thing to have head hunger and eat and you regret it because you're vomiting or have the slimes with pain in your stomach. She has not had adverse reactions to consumption. I'm positive the reduction in protein intake will help her weight gain but when you have a surgery for restriction then by god you deserve to have that restriction. Restriction is exactly what saves all of us from ourselves.
  16. I hope you do!!! I'm already a fan!!!!
  17. I'm sorry but to say Drs are above all other humans who do incredibly horrible things because they made it through med school is not correct. Yea things people DO are shocking but that does not mean it never could or would happen IMO There are plenty of malpractice suits for intent and neglect. Med school does not make you a God IMO
  18. Well it is coincidental that the only post she liked on this thread was a question to the op's truthfulness Just saying
