  1. Ingredients 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup packed chopped kale 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup diced pineapple 1 banana Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth. Tried this for a mid day boost... I liked it!!
  2. I only eat 600-800 calories a day. 800 calories is actually a good day. I thought this was pretty normal for a sleeved person.
  3. You should call your doctor... Those symptoms could be pneumonia (sp?) I had it and it felt like that and kinda tight achey as well Definitely get a chest X-ray

  11. No you are the OP OTR is a moderator of this site. There was no "point" to his sarcasm about her Dr. Also her Dr has been a Bariatric Surgeon for 10+ years and I find it very doubtful that OTR knows more than her doctor. That's preposterous. This site has enough bull crap arguing on it... It doesn't need a moderator being a sarcastic ass to someone because they value their doctors advice. I sure hope you all value your Drs as great at their jobs. If you don't then by all means follow OTRs advice and never ever suggest you would do any different from said advice.
