I need suggestions

This is the second day of my 2wk liquid diet. I woke up feeling great but now, im really nauseous and so tired I could just go back to bed. But I've got to work. :(

Its been a couple of hours and Im feeling better. I'm drinking my protein shake slowly. I didn't get my 3rd protein shake in lastnight. I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

You're so close!! Your doing great... It is the hardest part but you got this!!!

Hopefully it was just a fluke. During my two week liquid shake I got a case of the diarrhea after 3 days. You are very close. Keep a positive outlook and good luck and smile, you are almost there!

Maybe it was skipping your protien. Remember every little bit counts!

One more question, does anyone know how long it takes to get rid of a no caffeine headache?
