Submitted to insurance June 4th call from dr June 12th saying I was approved and my surgery is July 2nd! Yay! Do u know what u will have to pay up front to hospital?

Ok yes that's what I meant. My coinsurance is 10% so maybe it will be the same or less. Now just waitin on them to call to tell me thanks for your help!

July 2nd! Waiting on them to call me to see how much I have to have up front! I will be devastated after all this time if I don't have it! Ugh

I have BCBS of MA also and my paperwork was submitted on June 4th and the dr called me yesterday and said I was approved! I'm so excited I have a surgery date but I am a little worried about how much money is due on surgery date! Anyone know with this insurance?

Got my surgery date today and I am so excited! I was so worried that my insurance would not approve for some reason but they did! I start my preop diet Monday and I am praying for motivation!
