  1. Lol....my thought exactly. I have some pretty big boobs too so I wouldn't mind a little gone. My hubby on the other hand is in denial that they will change. He wants them to stay, but I hate to tell him...they're already on their way out...Lmbo!
  2. So exciting isn't it?! I was banded on July 12th and feel better all ready with only 21 lbs gone. Good luck to you!
  3. I sent a pic to the nurse at my doctors office and she said it looked okay to her. She said if it gets a circle around it or is hot to the touch then to come in. She said everyone heals differently. I go see them for my normal appt on Monday morning. I'm feeling a little better about it, but still won't be completely worry free until I see them on Monday just to be sure. Thanks for the 3 responses I got....lol.
  4. Thank you for responding!! I hope that's all I'll need if it is in fact an infection. Gonna call first thing in the morning!!
  5. I will definitely be calling the doc in the morning!!!
  6. Let me start by saying I had my surgery on July 12th, so that puts me at a little over a month post op. Okay....a couple of days ago I noticed a slight pinkish color just around my incision site. I didn't think much of it at the time, I just chalked it up to healing. BUT...this afternoon I'm getting ready for bed and notice immediately that the incision site is more red than pink and seems to be a tiny bit further away from the actual site. It really freaked me out!! What could this be??? I sooo don't want anything to be wrong with me or my band and all I keep thinking is INFECTION!! Could I get an infection this far out of surgery?? I have an appointment on Monday for my first fill, but wondering if I should wait. I NEED ADVISE!! Has anyone experienced this??? I'm really starting to worry!!
  7. Just wanted to see how your doing now. I truly wish you he best. Keep your head up and keep trying!
  8. Congrats girl!! I know that must be so exciting!! Keep it up!!
  9. Congrats! Its really exciting isn't it?! I too have been noticing little changes like you have. My rings are a little loose and I can wear old clothes that I couldn't wear before. The biggest little thing...lol...is that I now have to wear a belt with my pants. Before I couldn't even wear the belt anymore because it had gotten too tight and I ran out of holes. now I can put it on the 3rd notch and be comfortable!!!! It feels soo good!!
  10. My worst days were days 5 and 6. I wanted food so bad and couldn't stomach the shakes anymore. It really starts to get to you after awhile...believe me, I know!! Good luck to you on your journey.
