Probably not gonna happen, besides LT1002 just became a real person to me. I'm still trying to digest that.

I am 20 months post op, below goal, and have eaten stuff that is not good for me. Beating yourself is the worse thing to do. It gets you into that cycle of shame and guilt, eating more because you are upset, and then feeling even more guilty. Tomorrow is a new day and a chance to start fresh!
If we never had temptations, if we never made mistakes, we would not be human. It does not mean that is ok to eat whatever you want, but it does mean it is ok to forgive yourself and do better next time.

It is typical to regain up to 10% of what you lose.
That being said, you can regain all of your weight and then some.
This would take some some pretty serious self sabotage. The type that only extensive psychological treatment can help.

I see so many threads about "I don't want anybody to know". Have tou ever stopped to think about the other side of the coin? When people are secretive about things if you enquire, don't you then assume the worst case scenario? In an office environment the rumors are always so much worse than what is really going on.
My suggestion is to tell them what is going on. You don't have to go so far as to disclose everything. But give them enough to relax their curiosity or concern.
For example. Do you have diabetes? Tell them you are undergoing a procedure that will hopefully cure your diabetes.
Do you have sleep apnea, heart issues? Tell them you are getting a procedure that will cure ore minimize these conditions.
All of these would be true, and once you've had the surgery, you can go back and tell the rest of the story if you so chose.

Is it just me, or am I out of line here? The exact same question does not need to be posed under multiple forum headings by the same person at the same time.
I personally check current threads(I'm guessing most others do also), it lists recent posts there regardless of where it's posted. GAHHHHHHHH
