  1. I'd like to thank everybody who grabbed the wheel on this thread and put it a different road than where it was.
  2. For mor information on Dr. Almanza id recommend doing a forum search on his name, and also one on Jerusalem Hospital.
  3. Thank you Cheri. I alway enjoy seeing an articulate & experienced response to a question.
  4. I believe most of the animosity here lately is being stirred by1or 2 people with multiple accounts. It's a meta gaming concept that isn't being played out well.
  5. I was always taught 1 round when you are on the offensive(hunting), but when you are defending, pull the trigger till it goes "click"
  6. Chad, I'm really starting to despise you. I was sleeved in May and I still have this turkey neck, you on the other hand are already looking great.
  7. Yes, you absolutely fine going alone. I cross the Mexican border regularly, even into the dreaded Juarez. You'll be fine.
  8. Though not recommended, I don't see hummus being a problem. But what would be a potential problem is what you might put it on.
  9. It's all on Amazon Prime too
  10. The link provided is part of a website that markets Protein products that are collagen based. I don't base my statements on what a sales person tells me. The best way to evaluate a protein is to get the PDCAAS. That will tell you pretty much everything you need to know
  11. Ladies, if you put "ladies only", "TMI", "No men allowed" or anything of that nature in the title, you are assuring that every man on te forum will click on your thread FIRST.
  12. It's kinda like a train wreck. You know you shouldn't even look, but you do anyhow.
  13. The most common medical advice is to not conceive for 2years post-op. however many surgeons are moving to a 1year recommendation. I would say if you are not willing to wait at least 1year post-op then have the baby first. If you can wait the year, then I'm sure you'd ave a healthier & happier pregnancy at a healthier weight.
  14. First "crab eggs" now "egg faces". Do you ever eat anything with a normal name?
  15. Still waiting on that pic.........
  16. Anything pre prepared (in a can) is going to have a ton of sodium. Honestly chicken broth is really simple to make. My wife made me a big pot of it after surgery, then we just portioned it out into 8 ounce containers so I could grab one & zap it.
  17. Woot woot. Did you get the card or the full blown book?
  18. No. I drink before, but once I start eating the drinks don't get touched. And you're welcome.
  19. Is MoM Calcium heavy? If so then it is quite possible. Calcium stimulates acid production. A major reason not to use Tums unless it's really bad.
  20. I still think that Merideth should change her damn last name. Pffft. She didn't even hyphenate
  21. I highly recommend lying. It's so much easier than retaining your integrity.
