So I was denied because Aetna said I didn't do my 90 day supervised visit. I was off by 26 days. I was told in the beginning that I only had to do 3 visits, 30 days apart. One visit a Mo th. Did that abd it was denied. I have to do one more visit and do an appeal. Ugghh!! So frustrating because my coworker did the exact same thing and was approved. I'll just push it back a few weeks if this will get me approved.

I want to call everyday. I do it every other and get a different story every time. I'll wait to call on Thursday. Congrats on getting approved!

So, luck so far but I will call on Monday to follow up.

I was told I have to pay my surgeon's office 3 days before surgery and the hospital the day off. My surgeon's fees are $495 and the hospital is $1500. It could be lower since I have had a few doctor's appointments since I was told the number.

Was it including weekends? I confirmed today that Aetna received my paperwork on August 14the. Its still pending and I'm on day 8 myself. Hoping Monday is my day.

My coworker called the office herself and told them she was approved. They called to confirm and scheduled the surgery the same day. Call the doctor's office and tell them.

Thanks, good luck to you as well. My coworker was approved on Monday after two weeks. I'm going to call on Thursday just to follow up.

So my surgeons office sent over docs last Tuesday. I called today to make sure they had everything and was told that the nurse made some notes in my file as of today. Hoping it gets approved by Friday so I can start my class and final pre-op appointment. Fingers crossed!

It might be. My friend called Aetna and was told that the surgeon had put a date in her paperwork. That date may be pushed back a few days because she was just approved today and it was documented for September 5th.

I fiinished with my nut on Aug 6th. Paperwork sent to surgeon same day. Confirmed he signed off yesterday and they will submit today. Hopefully it won't take long for Aetna to approve. They won't schedule the pro-op appt until they get approval.

Finished my 3 months with the but on Wednesday. Now I have to wait for the surgeon to sign off, then it will be submitted. Hoping for a September 15the date. He won't schedule until he gets the approval.

I had my evaluation yesterday. It was a flat fee of $100. I think it went well. She was recommend by my surgeon's office.

I had my phych evaluation today and my last nut appointment next Wednesday! Then paperwork submitted to insurance. So excited to be almost finished. Congrats on being closer to the end.
