So my surgeons office sent over docs last Tuesday. I called today to make sure they had everything and was told that the nurse made some notes in my file as of today. Hoping it gets approved by Friday so I can start my class and final pre-op appointment.

Good Luck! Aetna received my paperwork on the 5th and they told me they have 15 days to make a decision. Hoping to know the answer by next Tuesday!

Thanks, good luck to you as well. My coworker was approved on Monday after two weeks. I'm going to call on Thursday just to follow up.

My paperwork was submitted to Aetna on August 14. I called on Friday and was also told there was notes there but no discussion. Hope to hear soon. I gained weight during my three month program and that scares me. I do take several meds that do cause me to gain weight. Not sure why the nutritionist didn't said anything about this to me, or be concerned?

Aetna took a month on mine was finally approved. Good luck.
