December 3rd was my three month date. I'm down 52 lbs. I am loosing slow now than in the begining, but a loss is a loss. Wooooohoooooo

I had surgery on 9/5 and soup is my best friend. I eat all types and don't drink afterward for 30 minutes.

I use premier protein. Purchased at sams or costco. They have 30 grams of protein. This is the easiest way for me to get the required amount.

My paperwork was submitted to Aetna on August 14. I called on Friday and was also told there was notes there but no discussion. Hope to hear soon. I gained weight during my three month program and that scares me. I do take several meds that do cause me to gain weight. Not sure why the nutritionist didn't said anything about this to me, or be concerned?
