This waiting is killing me!

My documents were submitted to insurance (Anthem BCBS of CA) last Friday. Tomorrow is 7 days. They said it could take up to 15 days. I want to call and check every hour. This is driving me nuts!!

I'm glad I called, too (Anthem BCBS CalPers). It turned out some paperwork was missing and the person at the surgeon's office didn't understand that part of it was missing and just refaxed what she had already sent. Added time to the process. But I was approved 3 days after they got the missing info (I was told it was a 5 business day window they were using now but that may be because it's CalPers).

That is the WORST part! I called insurance once a day every day until they told me I was approved!

I want to call everyday. I do it every other and get a different story every time. I'll wait to call on Thursday. Congrats on getting approved!
