  2. I try to not beat myself up to badly. Have you had the surgery already? i'm getting more nervous as the day gets closer - Chrissy
  3. I have so many mixed motions about my upcoming surgery... I'm 22 weighed 248.9 before the diet and now that im on the diet im 237 but i cheated about four random times and i feel guilty - Chrissy
  4. It's called the n.e.w. program - Chrissy
  5. I had started my process with Beverly hills physician's but after all the test was done and approved by the insurance they ended up telling me the insurance only covered a little bit and id have to pay 10,000 dollars that id be able to pay 200 a month for 5 years. That upset me because I called my insurance and found out they cover 80% and the Max id pay is 3000. I ended up switching to "the new program " in Newport beach. All I have to pay Is 483 for their Vitamins and Protein supplements. Id rather pay that and be fully covered with my insurance. Than go pay 10,000 dollars and be stressed for 5 years. Id rather buy a car! Switching to the new program was the best thing I ever did!. They even gave me a surgery date that day... My insurance is blue cross blue shield IL - Chrissy

  7. Yes I have bcbsil. In december they told me I had have 6 months monitored weight loss and in feb the policy changed and I didn't need to wait 6 months after all. I was originally working with Beverley hills physicans and they told me i was covered but I'd have to pay 10,000 dollars because it was out of my network. Then I switched to the n.e.w program which was in my network so the insurance covered it and sent me the letter of approval with the surgery date and hospital location.
  8. Actually the insurance I have with ups is covering the surgery 100% I haven't told them why I'm having surgery because I don't think they really need to know that information.
  9. That's nearly impossible for me to not lift more than 10 lbs. I guess for safety reasons they will not let me work with ANY restrictions. I'm just wondering how long I'd be out of work for. They give me an unlimited amount of leave to recover 100%
  10. How long were you out before you went back to light duty?
  11. I'm curious about how long recovery would be because it's a physically demanding job and i dont think two weeks out wouldn't be enough time.
  12. What is the best way to have your hair? Up in a lose bun or down?
  13. I'm pre-op I heard crushing up the prenatal vitamins and putting them in your conditiair will help with hair loss. I'm also taking biotin...I'm going to try that fish oil trick too! I'm going to get sleeved June 18th and I already have thin hair so I'm trying to do what I can to prevent major hair loss.
