I'm pre op also Im scheduled for surgery June 8th ,I like unjury vanilla and only certain flavors of the nectar. The sample packs are great because you really get to find out what you like without spending tons of money. Good Luck!

Welcome, I love VST everyone is so supportive and there is a wealth of information here, I myself am still pre op and am scheduled for surgery on June 8th. It was a long round to get here Im glad my new beginning is soon to be starting. Good luck on your journey!!!

Im 5'2" weigh exactly the same and have exactly the same goal...my surgeon hasnt specifically given me a weight that he thinks I will get too. Watching tonsvof videos Ive noticed that everyones weight loss is totally different. 135 may be my goal but that dosnt nessarily mean thats were I want to stop. Im going to give it my all and not be satisfied with a number that someone else has given me... Btw I scheduled for surgery june 8th, good luck!Thanks for the link Ill check it out now...

I haven't had my surgery yet, but as a nurse I know urinating is important. you have to drink as much as you can. If your urine is dark and has a strong odor to it that's a good indicator your getting dehydrated. SIP SIP SIP nothing but water.Thanks I cant wait. ...so excited! ,Im gonna look you up on you tube now:-)I plan on vloging also my first video will be in a week or do when I start my of op diet my user name is the same mari6257 my surgery date is June 8th
