OMG thanks everyone that answered my question I really do appreciate it!! and @backtoAMY I heard that on a liquid diet we can also have like jello for snacks and chicken broth right??

My Doctor is not going to make me do a 2 week liquid diet. But he did say he wants me to lose 10 pounds so I want to do a 2 week diet if I can make it lol my surgery date is on June 27 but I have a pre op appointment on june 14 and on that day the 14th he has to see me 10 pounds less he said. so please tell me what can I have in those 2 weeks so I can lose 10 pounds. I cant lose weight that easily that is why Im getting the surgery. anyways thanks in advance

Hey everyone!!! After almost 6 months of tests and a 3 month program that is required through my insurance I finally have a surgery date for June 26!!! woot woot!! Im super duper exited!!! I cant wait to lose weight and my chances of being a mother can increase!!

well ladies it took about week for them to give me an appointment with my surgeon!! after options was over but I was the one that called or else i feel like they dont care and call you like 2 or 3 weeks later lol so Im on them calling them..and he just asked basic questions and he wants me to lose 10 pounds before surgery. I also signed all the paperwork already lol gosh Im soooooooo happy I cant wait to be skinny!!

oh and Dr.zelada was amazing super duper NICE!! and he is really handsome!!!

Yes indeed!! I had an appointment with him today and it went fabulous!!! Im sooooooo happy. He said he wants me to lose atleast 10 pounds and surgery will be the last week of June or first week of July!! yay!!! I cant wait !!

Newbie that the same way it was with me.... I did everything while doing the Options Program and on other locations they do first the Options Program and then they star preparing them and all the blood test done and at the END then see the surgeon...

Well my case manager called me and said that I should get a call within a week or two from the surgery center (West La Kaiser) So Im just waiting! lol ;D

Hey their I finished Options Classes on March 27 and I should get a call from the surgery center already in a week or two, for my first appt with the surgeon

Thanks for responding my question wonderful people and YES I think its gonna be the best for me to have weight loss surgery and then try again for baby #1. I mean Im already half way I've gone through many failed fertility treatments so I guess I have to try this now....who knows maybe I'll be thin and with a healthy baby YEAHHHHHHH LOL <3 have a wonderful day

Hello their everyone, my name is Karen. I have PCOS and Im a 21 yrs old. I've been trying to have a baby with my husband. We've done In vitro and NOTHING so my Dr recommended me to get weight loss surgery so my chances of being a mother can increase. Basically so my PCOS symptoms can decrease. Are their any ladies here that have PCOS and have the surgery and have a baby now? or did your DR recommend this too ? thanks in advance

OMG congrats Im soooo Happy for you <3 and thanks for sharing this with me. Im just soooo nervous. Im always thinking what if something goes wrong and they dont do the surgery

WOW!! Thanks for telling me all this, I appreciate it Im 5'4 and I weight 226 I started Options Program @ 235 but Im down 9 pounds but still NOT my 5 or 10% lol so thats why Im worried. I mean I don't want them to back my surgery ugh!! Im just stressing out. I just want to get surgery and start losing weight!! lol anyways CONGRATS on your journey how old are you ? I just turn 21 a couple days ago lol and Im from the San Fernando Valley
