  10. I'm sorry for your mother. I'm having surgery on the 30th in Mexico but my PCP has ordered me a ecocardiogram and a upper gi and all blood test psychology evaluation and 2 visits with a nutritionist prior to me going to Mexico he is also in contact with the dr in Mexico and faxed all my info to dr aceves & my PCP had surgery himself with dr aceves. I do have insurance blue shield of California but I have a very high out of pocket so that's why I choose Mexico. But my PCP said if I have any problem without those prior test here in US my insurance would not cover complications otherwise everything is covered thru blue shield. My prayers go out to your mother that she will get better soon.
  11. I totally agree with gastricsleeve4me I haven't had surgery I'm scheduled the 30th and my price is $8750 with dr Aceves $500 was my deposit. I also could have gone cheaper but my personal family dr went to him and he is doing great

  17. I got approved but the interest is way to high it 17.99% then goes to 24.99% I was going to finance $7000 and by the end it would be almost 12,000. So I went to my credit union and got 1.99% thank goodness
  18. I finally got my loan thru my credit union at 1.99% yay!!
  19. I'm June 30 with dr aceves in Mexicali
  20. Thank you DD Fin for the info
  21. How do you delete a post?
  22. Has anyone used medical financial.com or know anything about them??
  23. Yep that's why I'm going to Mexicali.. My deductible with blue shield is $5000 plus after care of $3000 not covered by insurance so you can call dr anytime 24hrs a day "this is just my dr's thing" shouldnt I be able to call the dr whenever without paying after he did surgery!!! and must be paid when you schedule surgery. so that's $8000 not including what insurance pays and in Mexicali it's $8750 for everything and my PCP is doing all my labs and he faxed them to Mexico for me including my ECG I had done and he will do my after care labs..
