10 Lbs Gone!

Was sleeved Monday by dr aceves and am down exactly 10 lbs today! 250.5 to 240.5. Not physically hungry but certainly aware of some emotions coming up not being able to eat anything I want. So trying to focus on the weight loss instead!

Wow! You are doing great! If you feel up to it, you should get out and enjoy the day. That might help to take your mind off things.

Great advice. I went to get a leg massage at the mall yesterday, which is a habit of mine where I'd go and get a soft pretzel after. I found myself feeling deprived without that part...man, to realize what a hold food has over me is eye opening. Afterwards I went to whole foods to grab a couple things and found myself eyeing/wanting EVERYTHING. Getting outside to the park or somewhere non food related sounds like a great idea!
