  2. I still miss my diet coke and I'm almost 11 months post surgery.
  3. How do they fix the tubing? Another surgery?
  4. Checking in at 161.5 (down 1.5!)
  5. Wow! Looking good. Very inspirational!
  6. The fact that you are on here posting shows that you're willing to do what you need to do to get on track. I think you can try to get back to the basics and see your doc. Also, maybe meet w/ a nutritionist? Good luck!!
  7. Follow your doc's orders, but I was told to not to do anything other than walking for the first month because you're still healing internally. I did try some slow jogging and elliptical machine too. Just kept it easy until I got cleared to work with my trainer. Here I am 10 months post surgery. During the last 10 months I've done Tough Mudder, Ragnar relay (2x), numerous 10k races and 2 half marathons. Who would've thought!?
  8. Checking in at 163. Down 1.5lbs
  9. I told no one at work...the good thing about the band is that the progress is not all-of-a-sudden, so my coworkers just assume I'm workin out and eating less (which is the truth!)
  10. Totally normal. I was a little tired the first few days back at work. Good luck!
