  2. did your doc give you pain meds? i would take those to help ease the pain. it's totally normal. you just had surgery! feel better!
  3. My doc makes me drink a cup of Water after a fill before I leave the office. Did you have to do this? Sounds like you're too tight.
  4. i havent had a fill since mid-September due to my schedule and my doc's schedule. i think i would have lost more at this point if i had a fill last month, but i'm not in any rush. i think you'll be fine and you can get your 3rd fill when your back from traveling. (i'm getting my 3rd fill today hopefully)
  5. it felt like 1 did a million situps, but the soreness eased after 10-14 days. Good luck!!
  6. I think tuna is ok. Also Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are good. Good luck!
  7. I started walking on treadmill about 2 weeks after surgery. No weight lifting or abs, etc for 1 month.

  9. I'd call your doc. You may need a slight unfill.

  11. Woohoo. Congrats on your approval! I agree, I can't wait until summer when I can play on the beach with my nephews and not be embarassed!
  12. I eat those fiber gummies everyday and it helps keep things regular.
  13. I think it's fine as long as you're comfortable. I was back in my spanx a weeks after surgery lol
  14. I didn't feel myself until day 4-5. Everyone is different. Some people took 2 weeks to feel back to normal. Of course call your doc if you want some extra reassurance
  15. Ugh. Sorry to hear that. That's why I told 2 people and luckily they didn't tell anyone. I know you were just venting. Hang in there. You did this for you and to get healthy. Good luck!
  16. Normal. It's probably gas, so I'd take gas x strips and do some walking. Also, I know my right side hurt after surgery where my port is. It felt like I'd done 100 sit ups. Feel better!

  18. Yes sometimes with my mood or TOM. Salty soup helps.

  20. Did they give you a spirometer when you left the hospital ?
  21. I think that's normal as you continue to lose weight. Eventually you may opt to have a low profile port put in.
