First fill, now shoulder pain...
Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I had not even eaten when the pain started. It lasted all day, but since Thursday I have not gotten it again. I am guessing it came from getting the fill the day before. I had never had a fill before (banded nov.19). Thank you for responding.

First fill, now shoulder pain...
I had my first full yesterday of 2cc and am on liquids. But all of a sudden my left shoulder is killing me. It hurts more when I breath. Anyone else had this problem?

Fill still no restriction
- Need Inspiration..how Much Have U Lost?
I have been looking over all of the successes here. Boy did I come to the right place to give me some motivation. Congrats to you all and thank you for sharing!! Keep up the good work.- In need.
Where do u live??- Just had to share a little (non-scale) victory!
Hahaha. I'm laughing at you, mainly because I am laughing at myself. 2 weeks ago I was carrying laundry out of the house. My pants fell to my ankles, I tripped over them, fell off my steps and broke my wrist!! I have never been sooooo happy to hear I had a broken bone.- MD Meeting: Where & When?
I'm a MDer. Charles County. I'd be interested in getting something going.- Struggling....
So I had the stomach flu last weekend (1 mo. Post op). I also had an appt on Wednesday this week for my first fill. Doc said NO FILL until Jan. 23 since I had been throwing up. I'm struggling with portion size right now. My band is empty. I have lost 26 lbs since my pre op diet and am super scared about eating tooooo much.- My Fitness Pal
I'm gonna add you both...on mfp I am jelder1220- No Restriction 2 Weeks Post Op
I was banded Nov 19 also. I started my pre op at 274 and weighed 253 this morning. Since healing a little more I also feel very little restriction, but am sticking to no more than 1000 calories a day.- A Very Blessed December Challenge
- Band And Weight Watchers
Thank you for your comments.- Band And Weight Watchers
I was banded Nov. 19 and have decided to join Weight Watchers...mainly because I would like to keep up with the weekly classes and to give me a weekly accountability. What I am not sure of is how many points I can eat as a minimum?? Anyone else have a band and do weight watchers??- How Did You Decide On Lap Band Versus Sleeve?
I was originally going to get the sleeve, and at the last minute changed to the band. I can give you some insight on why...the smaller stomach of the sleeve can slowly stretch back out over time. I was worried about 7-10 years down the road falling into old habits and my stomach just changing to accommodate over eating. The band is reversible, if at anytime I have issues or don't want the band anymore I just ask for it to be taken out. These were the 2 major issues I thought about before being banded. Since being banded I LOVE my decision. I'm only 2 weeks out from banding, but I do not regret my choice. I am looking at my band as my newest BFF, and she is definitely keeping her end of the deal. I already feel better about myself, and knowing this "friend" is here to help me I have no worries of losing the weight and then gaining it back--as I have done so many times in my life. - Need Inspiration..how Much Have U Lost?
