Salt Cravings

Anybody craving salt? I seems I can't get enough of baby dill pickles. Does anybody have this problem?

Yes sometimes with my mood or TOM. Salty soup helps.

Some sf Gatorade may help with salt cravings! Your electrolytes my be low.

So when you get dehydrated its like when you have a houseplant that is really dy. if you pour Water on it the water just goes through it. You have to sit the plant in a sink of water for a few hours and wait for the soil to absorb the water.

It's the same when we are dehydrated, even if we do not know we are dehydrated we do not have the proper levels of electrolytes to keep us going.

I ended up in the hospital from severe dehydration once that led to kidney failure. It was terrible! I was drinking plenty of water but I drank it too late. My body needed something else and I was clueless.

I may be WAY OFF BASE but I wanted to share my experience with you anyway!

I'm not sure, I get mine at Safeway. You can also drink poweraid zero.
