  1. In August 2010 on the day of my surgery I was turned away due to a positive pregnancy test. Well yesterday I did it, finally had my lapband put in and honestly I could not be more THRILLED. Surprisingly I am not as sore as I thought I would have been.
  2. Hi there. I just got banded yesterday morning. I really havent had much pain, my surgeron did send me home with liquid meds thoughs. As far as the gas pains, my husband massaging my shoulder really seemed to help but even that doesnt seem so bad this morning. Yesterday I think I drank about a litter and a half of water and had nearly a whole box of sugar free popciles I had horried dry mouth.
  3. I have been on Clear liquids for 3 weeks now. sugar free Jello is your friend. Crystal light, brothy Soups, sugar free popicles, motts for totts applejuice ( it has lower sugar and sodioum ) gatorade 2 ( it has the lower amount of callories.) Good Luck.
  4. Hi everyone. I am pretty new to this as well and am getting banded tomorrow morning. I am super excited and nervous lol.
