Does anyone have any healthy alernatives for a sweet tooth

Had surgery 8/10,only list 35lbs. Went for an adjusting Tuesday,had not been since 3/11,very discouraged. Tryin to start with a new slate. My downfall is I hate all protein shakes,that either make me gag or throw up. Major frustratated. I'm now current first day of mushy food,for bfst I had a hard boiled egg ,*shrugs*,so far that's all until lunch and I have tuna fish

The price is right,I jus spent $17.00 at Walmart on protein shakes the other day,and they were gross,yesterday I ordered some from recommendations from others,from an online website,that was $19,I hope they turn out ok,so now I'm scared to waste more money and might not like it. But I will keep it in mind,since its only $9.99,I'm desperate at this time to get more protein,espy when I'm "on the go"

Well,I ordered the Orange Fuzzy Navel from the website the sample pkage,hopefully,I will like "something" from there,the customer srvc rep that answered was very encouraging about the taste,so wish me luck!

Notice after last fill,my stomach makes this gurgling sound,wha's that about,I'm not hungry,I don't think,usually happens after eating. Currently on pouch testing ,liquids,very soft foods,anyone know wha that's about or meaning,the gurgling noise

How do you post a pic using the Android app?

Well these drinks are already pre made,I bring them to work. Even thought I'm suppose be on liquids I have done my water a hard boiled egg,I think I might be cheating,but the egg is holding me for up to 4 hrs. For lunch I had two hard boiled eggs and water,but I feel like I'm not following the pgrm completely. Tomorow starts soft foods,so hopefully I'll be able to make up the protein in another way

I did try EAS,it was gross too.

Every protein shake that has been recommended is gross,so far,or makes me throw up. I've tried powder,liquid shots,and Muscle Mike,all don't do well with me. Please help me with suggestions espy during the pouch test and after band adjt...HELP

Thanks...I wish that I found this site when I first had my surgery,I could've avoided so many slip up's. So helpful&informative
