  1. The pre-op diet is the hardest thing you will ever do in your life. I'm on day 10 of mine, and my surgery is friday April 20th. I've been dying to have a pizza hot pocket!! lol but i know that my old way of thinking has to die, and my new life has to begin.. and if you just keep your self busy and stay focused and positive you will make it through no problem... prayers for your financing and good luck. don't forget - anybody can do it, if LukkiDuzIt
  2. i believe that some people don't know how comfortable you are with your weight/weightloss and therefore are "playing it safe"... but you know that your on the right track and are living a lighter happier life, so don't worry so much, bask in your success!
  3. I added mushrooms to my pre-op salad when they told us strictly just lettuce..... guilt is turning into nausea at this point..
  4. Don't freak out every pound lost is a pound closer to your goal! what's your workout plan like?
  5. April 20th!! pre-op diet is going good without any slip-ups... though its hard, sugar-free gum and propel zero are life savers!! No doubts or nervousness, just anxious to get this part of the journey started and to begin my new life.. Definitely ready for this new life change... Good Lukk to everyone and much love. -Lukki
