Nausea After Two Weeks Out
Dehydration can cause you to get nauseous. I would be bad in the morning. Than someone told me this, so I upped my water before I went to bed... Nausea all gone. So since you know you're not getting your fluid, try that. As long as you're not hurting. If that's the case, call your DR.

2 Days Out, Scared To Drink.
You need to drink almost constantly. Shoot for about 4 ounces an hour. That's one shot glass every 15 minutes. Maybe something warmer will help you. The last think you want is to get dehydrated. So sip sip sip. Later you will have less burping and it will go down easier. But for now, drink what you can, but drink as much as you can.

Just Curious
I do a combo of both. I mostly watch the carbs. They have never agreed with me. Plus carbs make you retain Water (up to 10 pounds sometimes) and they make you crave them. My typical day of eating at almost 3 months post op. Breakfast- Protein shake- Premier or atkins. If atkins, then I add some unflavored to boost it up a little. 140 calories, 2-3 carbs, 20+ grams of protein Snack- Low fat string cheese. It has like 50-70 calories. Lunch- Shrimp, chicken, or turkey salad. Fat free dressing. Usually spinach, a sprinkle of cheese, dressing. 200 calories or so, 15 or 20 grams of protein Dinner- Baked or grilled chicken. Green beans- 150 calories 15 protein Snack- Maybe a handful of nuts- high in fat and calories. But helps with the need for crunch. So I get around 600-700 calories, 60+ protein, 30 grams of fat or so, and average 20-30 grams of carbs.

Omg I Just Ate Cake 8 Days After Surgery
I didn't have fudgecicles, but that is how I treated popcicles. I wouldn't eat them everyday for that reason. So I had a "treat". I was on full liquids for a month. So I feel the pain

Yup. It also depends on how far out you are. At 4 weeks, half an egg and half a yogurt was about my max. Now I can eat a full egg with a piece of turkey bacon :-)- Feeling The Food Go Down.....

My husband and I were play fighting today, which we often do, and out of no where he pulls a move never used on me before... He grabs my collar bone! I didn't know I had them... He told me they've been poking out a few weeks now. Went to the bathroom mirror to check... I'll be damned.. there they were. NSV number 1227... I think that they were thinking and/nervous. Some people just aren't public speakers. I noticed it as well. Think it's the equivalent to "um" lol. That's why everyone should go through some sort of community theater. Builds confidents and allows you to feel comfortable with people watching- Weightloss Expectations
