Have my first training session at the gym today. I'm excited but Scared!

Does it hurt?!? I have my first fill tomorrow!

People are not educated when it comes to how hard you have to work when getting this surgery. I only told people right before I had the surgery. And when someone told me I took the easy way out, I told them I was offended and they do not know what they are talking about. Use this forum and go to support groups for support. That is what I do and it has helped me so much !

The more I healed the more hungry I got too. I use a calorie counter on my phone to keep me on track. It helps me a lot.

I am nervous too. I think in nervous because I'm afraid I will over eat and not know or it won't work. I'm sure we will be fine!

Congrats! I was just banded On the second and the pain from the gas goes away as long as you walk a lot and drink a lot of water ! Good luck! You can do it !

That makes me feel better. I was finally feeling good from the lapband surgery. Which I had a hiatal hernia as well. And now I have this. Just really uncomfortable.
