  1. I'm scheduled for May 14 at Ft Carson. Is anyone out there in the Springs? I'd love to buddy up.
  2. Thanks for sharing!! I'm getting more nervous as time grows closer (May 14).
  3. Calcium citrate or calcium lactate will help inflammation. No gluten or dairy will reduce mucous.
  4. May 14th colorado springs Ordered my unjury started pack!
  5. Thank you all the great info! I fired up the heating pad and took some calcium lactate. The pain started subsiding finally. I took another round of calcium lactate 3 hrs later and made it through the day. FYI this type of calcium is the fastest absorbing and great for inflammation. Who knew!?
  6. So I got the bright idea to paint the bathroom. My arm has been killing me alllll night! My pre-surgery book says no Motrin, Tylenol, etc a month prior. (surgery may 14) any suggestions for pain?
  7. For my endoscopy, I just used an entire small bottle of miralax in a 32oz container of Gatorade and the deed was done. They suggest using 64oz but I can't stand the stuff. I only tasted the Gatorade. Now with that said, someone put their miralax in sweet tea and couldn't taste the grit at all.
  8. I'm on for May 14th!! Interesting that you ask that question because it came up in our support group last month. The patient was told to stop exercising to stop losing BUT the risk for gaining increasing significantly!
