Oc says magnesium calcite or something like that it's green bottle lemon flavored and I've heard horror stories

That said two years ago I had a colonoscopies and had to clear out the dr perscripribed grape flavored stuff I mixed and it cleaned me I can't remember the name if I can my bs doc will write the script.

For my endoscopy, I just used an entire small bottle of miralax in a 32oz container of Gatorade and the deed was done. They suggest using 64oz but I can't stand the stuff. I only tasted the Gatorade. Now with that said, someone put their miralax in sweet tea and couldn't taste the grit at all.
