  1. Arcus, what about sport or fitness games for kinect? They're just as good.
  2. I ate the really small snickers and realized that although I love, love, love chocolate it no longer love's me back. Oh well, thanks sleeve, I didn't need it anyway
  3. SleeveShelly what the name of the bar. If you don't mind me asking.
  4. Reading over the information I personally wouldn't take it. My stomach is already small and makes it harder to get the protein and water in that I need, so if I take these it would be even harder to do so. It claims to makes you feel full longer which would work if I had a normal stomach but I need all the water I can get in at this point.
  5. I'm doing slim in 6 and it is a great workout. I can tell that my muscles are really getting a workout and I'm losing inches already.
  6. I also have fibromyalgia. I take Baclofen and it has worked well.
  7. Thanks for the post, its very helpful.
  8. Thanks for answering our questions. it's nice to have someone so far out to give us a prospective on what we can look forward to and that we do this. That is wonderful of you to take out your time for us. I hope I can be of encouragement to someone once I'm further out as well.
  9. How are you eating now? Calories, oz's and the such. You really give us something to look forward to.
  10. Thanks BlackBerryJuice for the example of what you eat. I seem to always be hungry and thought that I can only eat 3 times a day. But your example gave me an idea of how to incorporate more food without overdoing it.
  11. I haven't thrown up at all and I'm 3 months out and I'm happy about that. I'm able to eat pretty much whatever I want although some things don't agree with my stomach. Sweets don't agree with me as much so I don't eat them that often. I find that I have to eat about every 3 hrs and only about 3 oz's. I also deal with head hunger which I just figured out so I'm trying to make sure I'm not eating too much.
  12. Welcome to the losers bench ladies.

  14. We have the wii and xbox kinect. I like both but haven't used it in a while but I decided to set it up and start with kinect zumba. Love it.
  15. Yes, but I think it depends on where you live.
  16. I have lost some of my butt, but I figure I will just have to do a workout geared to lift and firm. I think I will order that brazilian butt lift workout, it seems to work. I'm still losing so I don't know where I will end up but I'm happy with what I've lost and will work to improve areas that I feel need it. I'm not going to be sad or upset about my body because I want to enjoy the journey.
  17. Sounds good, I'm going to try it.
  18. Thiamin is just B1 so you can buy a bottle of B1. I don't know if the multivitamin's have enough B1, but I take One A Day Women's as well as Spring Valley B1, half a tablet.

  23. If I'm not mistaken, dumping syndrome is more done by those who had the gastric bypass. I haven't had any problems with that nor have I read that anyone else has.
