  1. Sorry you've been going through so much. But..I'm really glad that you have regained your motivation!
  2. I'm in the same boat. I work out 5 days a week with cardio and weights. Wondering how long it will be before I can go back to my normal workout. I don't want to lose the muscle I have gained!
  3. I thank all of you for your honesty in all your posts. I have my surg. Date for Apr. 27 and start my 2 wk per op diet on Monday. I have been knowingly over eating, and eating all the wrong foods. My thinking in this is to "get it out of my system". In all honesty, I know that it will never truly be out of my system. I really don't want to start this journey like this. I do work out 5 days a week, for 1.5 to 2 hrs. Every morning, and still haven't been losing any weight because of my eating habits. I have let my friends talk me into eating this or that, because I wont be able to eat it ever again! Now I am feeling guilty and kind of lost because I know I'm setting myself up for failure. But I do have hope, just in the simple fact that I know this, so I can change it! I can use this amazing opportunity, this tool to help me! Not just the lapband, but this forum, that's been so amazing!
  4. I'm having my surg on4/27/12. I'm excited nd really nervous! Congrats on yours! Keep us posted!
