hi! I am from nepa as well. I am 5 months post op. I was sleeved with dr Gerhart at general hospital in Wilkes barre. I am down 53lb and it has been te best thing I have ever done! it's amazing how my life has changed. I have blue cross anthem and did not have to wait 6 months. I went to my first seminar in feb.. went to my first dr appt march 15 and I had surgery may 16! it was a quick 2 months I had to get blood work, egd scope done of my stomach and also ultra sound of all my organs. I ended up having gallstones so he removed my gallbladder while I had the sleeve surgery.

ahhhh yes! thank you for posting this! I've been looking for a place that sold sample.. i hate buying the 2-3lb containers and not liking it!

I also did not have any pain. a little gas the first few days but as for pain.. none. just keep a positive attitude and you'll do great.

Anyone mess around with the custom goal settings in MFP? If so what are the percentages of protien, carbs, and fat you set? i have my calories set to 1100. i am 5.5 months post op.

has anyone tried the 2 week Liquid Protein diet if they have hit a stall in their weight loss months after their surgery?

had an amazing Non scale Victory today- I have been wearing my grandmothers engagement ring on my right ring finger and my Tiffany's ring on my left middle finger.. well they have been getting looser and looser so today I finally decided it was time to resize them.. My gramma's ring went from an 8 to a 6 for my ring finger and my Tiffany went from a 9 to a 7.25! holy cow im losing inches from all over the place!!!!!

me too!!! just broke 200 two days ago! I last weighed in at 199.3! I was sleeved may 16 and my starting weight was 244.1. congrats! such an amazing feeling!!! keep up the great work!
