I am going to see my dr for my 1 year on tuesday so i will see what he says
  4. congratulations - i too am a year out jan 12th but i stopped loosing weight at 7 months - i don't know why but i am not losing. can i ask if you ever got into a stall mode??
  5. Well its been a while since i have been on here so i thought I would catch up and ask for some help/support. So yesterday was 1 year since my surgery and I am down about 75 lbs. its a lot but i always think it could be more. I have been on a stall for over 4 months now, not sure what i can do to get back on track and get loosing again - who wants to help me????? i am up for all suggestions comments good or bad bring it on. Lets do this!!!!!
  6. Dr. Suh did my sleeve in January - i am so happy with him and the results.
  7. my dr. is dr. suh
  8. i get it - totally - but i eat all the time - ok well at least it feels like it. I graze, like a cow but i really try to graze on almonds, or protein bar but sometimes i want something sweet - i go for a yogurt or a no sugar added pudding or even a no sugar added fudge cycle. Should I be having these things - oh i don't know but it curves whatever is going on. At least its not a candy bar right??? I am doing what i can. I too am almost 6 moths out July 12th is 6 months. What will the dr. say??? Oh who knows. I have lost about 70 lbs since my surgery so i am thinking i might be doing something right.
  9. i bought a highly rated scale and still doesn't match with the dr. i stopped weighing myself at home cause i was starting to feel like i was getting obsessed with it.
  10. i have been on fiber since day one. my dr said ducolax at least once a day to get it started then i take 2 fiber gummies a day. Consistency is what my dr. told me.
  11. Almonds Almonds Almonds - I notice that I get my 3pm snack craving still and i stick to almonds - they help - i can only eat a few but they help.
  12. oh thats just the beginning - as soon as you can start to take your chewable vitamins start taking chewable fiber too - i take the gummy ones. i had the same problem bad - but it eventually goes away
  13. i don't think you are suppose to eat beef or pork for a while - atleast thats what i was told by my dr. you may want to ask but beef takes a lot more to digest then chicken or fish. i still have a hard time with chicken - i am good with fish - just chicken is a problem. good luck.
  14. i had little bumps but when i pushed them you can feel them pop inside - it was just a stitch. i would say if it doesn't go down you might want to have it checked.
  15. wow - isn't there someone you can report that office too???? i don't know what area you are in but maybe you can find another dr. who is more "pro sleeve". don't let it get to you - we are all here, loosing.
