  4. I'm only a month out, so I strictly follow the eating plan, moving through the stages. Eventually I think I'll allow myself to have small treats here and there. Also, for anyone with ice cream cravings, try Yo Nanas. It turns frozen fruit unto ice cream like consistency and is yummy. It only uses the fruit, with no added ingredients. 15. I'm right there with you. I've only lost 12 pounds since surgery (3weeks ago). I keep trying to give my self "the talk" that it will come off sooner or later. I just want it off now! #insert tantrum here I just keep plugging away. Although I haven't been in an official "stall" 1-2 pound a week is not what I had in mind. My head knows its better to lose it slow, but my hips want it gone NOW! lol Sent from my iPad using VST

  18. I take 6 of them a day to meet my calcium requirement, 2 chews after each of 3 meals. I started in week 2, during my purée phase. I bite 1 in half, chew down and swallow then finish that one and repeat with the second one. I've had no problems and look forward to my daily treat. Sent from my iPad using VST
  19. These are on my list for soft foods (starting in 3 days - WOOT). I was planning on using just one wonton wrapper also. Sent from my iPad using VST
