  1. Mirena here. I just got it a month ago and its okay so far...
  2. I am hoping for an early time also. Sent from my iPad using VST
  3. That's awesome! Congrats. I'm pre-op and I love to see updates. Save my spot on the losers bench. I'll be there on the 27th of this month.
  4. Vee, you look great. Love your smiling face. Keep the updates coming. Will be thinking of all the June 4thers and praying you all make it to the losers bench safely. Sent from my iPad using VST
  5. Outside of my immediate family and my bff, I have not told anyone that I will be sleeved until today. I was talking with a co-worker about end of year pressures and such and the conversation turned to summer plans. She asked if I was going away and before I knew it I told her that I planned to spend my summer recuperating from surgery. She was very concerned and then I told her about the sleeve and what I hoped to achieve through the surgery. She was very supportive. Now, let's see how fast this travels through the rumor mill.
  6. I joined the group. YAY! I also figured out the MFP syncing issue. Thanks for all the help.
  7. Welcome. I'm scheduled for June 27th and the nerves are starting to kick in. We can do this!
  8. Praying that all went well. Can't wait to hear updates.
  9. I measured each upper arm (they were different sizes), bust, stomach, each thigh, each calf.
  10. :phew: Glad to hear that things are back on track. Sent from my iPad using VST
  11. You go girl! Sent from my iPad using VST
  12. How do I sync it to MFP? I just got my fitbit today and am so lost.
  13. Atkins has a strawberry. Isopure has different flavors, I haven't tasted those yet, but I did pick up a 6 pack at Rite Aide that I'm saving for after my surgery date.
  14. What a bummer? I've seen others report of going to Mexico or taking out a loan to finance the surgery. Good luck to you. I hope you find a way to make it happen.
  15. Also, does the fitbit reset itself each day? I skimmed the online manual and didn't see anything about resetting it.
  16. I need fitbit help. I just got it today and am lost. i wore it on a quick errand (mostly driving) and it recorded 209 steps and 1459 calories burned. There is no way I burned that many calories in that short amount of driving time. Also, is there a way to sync fitbit with myfitnesspal so that I am not logging food and exercise twice?
  17. Welcome! Sent from my iPad using VST
  18. I am so sorry for your loss. Surgery will happen when the time is right. Take time to mourn your loss and take care of yourself. Sent from my iPad using VST
