  8. it should help believe I know its no fun
  9. i have prilosec but i assume this person did not have did not have a per. for it
  10. Ok here is what I do which helps. Take a pepcid once a day to control the acid overall. But go to Walmart and get their brand acid reducer which u can take as you feel all the pressure and uncomfortableness. If you do not want to combine those two still take the pepcid once a day and when u feel it coming on take a chewable pepto tablet or a maximum strength liquid antacid. This will relieve you. Try to drink water after meals because water helps settle the acid as well. I hope this helps.
  11. not eating makes it worse because the air in your stomach pushes the acid up
  12. I know but I am use to it
  13. Well then I guess it will be business as usual for me
  14. Hi, Was just wondering did anyone who had a vsg have acid reflux before surgery and now that you have lose the weight and have several months under your belt, did it go away Pleeaaasse tell me its gone
  15. Can anyone tell me how this works?
  16. Like you I battle PCOS, and I never really realized the weight was the source of the issue, this weight has caused me so many issues but I do not think weight makes you skinny or fat. I think you are who you are and you can only get better, look better and make your health better. It is normal to fear the unknown but I think you will be fine.
  17. Please send me a message I would like to talk to you one on one

  19. Perhaps this is a sign please do not take it the wrong way but basically you will have a new life after this surgery, you will be thin and looking quite sexy, this makes a boost to the confidence U may even decide to change your appearance when this happens others will look this will go one or two ways. He will either be jealous and start overly caring or perhaps someone else will be doing all the caring. Either way I wish you luck in your surgery everything will be ok one way or the other.
  20. Wow..... I think you could tell your co-workers because one they like u and you are perhaps latina enough for them and two u r the one having the surgery........ smh.... people are so funny.
