  10. it should help believe I know its no fun
  11. i have prilosec but i assume this person did not have did not have a per. for it
  12. Ok here is what I do which helps. Take a pepcid once a day to control the acid overall. But go to Walmart and get their brand acid reducer which u can take as you feel all the pressure and uncomfortableness. If you do not want to combine those two still take the pepcid once a day and when u feel it coming on take a chewable pepto tablet or a maximum strength liquid antacid. This will relieve you. Try to drink water after meals because water helps settle the acid as well. I hope this helps.
  13. not eating makes it worse because the air in your stomach pushes the acid up
  14. I know but I am use to it
  15. Well then I guess it will be business as usual for me
  16. Hi, Was just wondering did anyone who had a vsg have acid reflux before surgery and now that you have lose the weight and have several months under your belt, did it go away Pleeaaasse tell me its gone
  17. Can anyone tell me how this works?
  18. Like you I battle PCOS, and I never really realized the weight was the source of the issue, this weight has caused me so many issues but I do not think weight makes you skinny or fat. I think you are who you are and you can only get better, look better and make your health better. It is normal to fear the unknown but I think you will be fine.
  19. Usually when you go to get your hair braided these places braid your hair really tight which is why often time women can sometimes lose their hair around the edges. When you get a sew in it is a basic cornrow and you can inform the whether it is too tight or not. Either way take the biotin and look for products for hair loss, you are not going to go bald and not every person will be the same you may not lose hair at all. I use to do hair just keep your hair conditioned and try not to apply a lot of tension when you see your hair is growing thicker then I would continue relaxing.
  20. Please send me a message I would like to talk to you one on one
  21. Ok let me speak on this, if you know their is potential hair loss usually braids are not good because it puts too much tension on the hair and when you take braids out your hair comes out a lot. You can for a while let your perm grow out but you can get a sew in, in the same way that you wear your hair now. I would not recommend glue because it does damage if not taken out properly. Not Much a wig will do just make sure you take care of your hair up under it. I hope this helps.

  23. Perhaps this is a sign please do not take it the wrong way but basically you will have a new life after this surgery, you will be thin and looking quite sexy, this makes a boost to the confidence U may even decide to change your appearance when this happens others will look this will go one or two ways. He will either be jealous and start overly caring or perhaps someone else will be doing all the caring. Either way I wish you luck in your surgery everything will be ok one way or the other.
