The Best Pre-Op Gift Ever!

A co-worker surprised me with this to take with me to surgery next week, and then to keep for comfort and chuckles... I don't know, maybe it's sick and twisted, but I think it may just be the greatest pre-op gift I could have received!! I absolutely LOVE it!!!
