Measurements

I have seen some people use a tape measure to see what inches they have lost. My question is what parts to you measure? I want to make a weekly report or paper of what inches if any I have lost. I found a YouTube video of a gal who did the same thing I want to do but now can't find it. If you have any info thank you in advance.

No measurements. I get tshirts that are too small and watch them get too big

The only parts I'm measuring are around my waist and chest. If you like you can also measure thighs and hips....anywhere you hope will get smaller as you loose weight.

I measured each upper arm (they were different sizes), bust, stomach, each thigh, each calf.

I measure neck, bust, both upper arms, waist, hips, thighs, calf's. I wish I measured my wrist too just at first.
