You can buy Protein Shots at GNC and online. I just bought some but haven't tried one yet. I'll try to report back when I do.

Yeah, it would make my stomach really uncomfortable. It was a weird pain and almost like nausea. Kinda hard to explain but really unpleasant. Fortunately I've been at able to drink about 30 oz so far today without any discomfort.
