I Can Drink Water Again!

Finally, after 6 weeks, I can drink water again without discomfort. I was having to drink crystal light and propel exclusively. I was getting so sick of it. Now I just can't wait until I can chug water after a workout!

Yeah, it would make my stomach really uncomfortable. It was a weird pain and almost like nausea. Kinda hard to explain but really unpleasant. Fortunately I've been at able to drink about 30 oz so far today without any discomfort.

I can't say for sure yet, but it seems people have trouble with cold water. I've read that some people drink warm water because of this. There could be many other reasons, though.

I tried all temperatures: cold, ice cold, warm, hot, room. They all made me feel equally gross.

That's terrible. I'm glad you're better now!

Cold water is better for hydration, because it flows through your stomach ans into your intestine faster, whereas warm water will actually sit in your stomach longer.
