  1. I have been working really closely with my nutritionist so I would suggest that...call them and say you are starving...lol.. That is what I did. The hardest part is definitely the physical hunger vs. mental hunger....but really for me adding yogurt to the shakes helped to beef it up just enough that I felt like I was having something of substance.
  2. I had the same problem...I added a small amount of out meal...about 1/4 cup and also added a non fat Greek yogurt to my protein shakes and started to feel much better....I was so hungry that the acid in my stomach was making me nauseous...I had a head ache from grinding my teeth and you can just imagine the mood I was in. I knew I needed to do something...just work slow, chew often and give it a go...I had oatmeal 6days after surgery...I had too
