  3. I am 7 months out down 102lbs I'm the one in the middle
  4. I am six months today my highest weight was 253 I was in size 22:( I had to have surgery I was miserable. I am now at 160 and out of the obese category on the BMI calculator. I wear size 10 wohoooooo I couldn't be happier with my decision:)
  5. I am 5"2! I do power crunch Pilates set. I love the cardio that comes with it because we all know cardio is important after WLS. It really is helping tighten everything up.
  6. Thank you everybody. I don't count my calories I just stick to protein based foods. I do Pilates at home and also a cardio Pilates. I do 100 crunches a day.

    Get crunch Pilates set there is a cardio one and then a 10 min DVD set for butt, thigh and abs they work awesomely
