wow wee! you look awesome. i am 5'4 and weigh a little over 250 and i want to get down to 125!! my new inspiration before/after. WAY. TO. GO! Do you have a blog or something? i'd love to hear more about what you did, worked out/eat etc!

You look great. Are you exercising on a regular basis? Just curious. I have gained back 10 lbs. and I am 11 mos post op. I stopped exercising a few months ago and I eat all day long and went to my doctors today and I have to get back on track --- three meals a day...no snacking and back to walking alot. I started at 221 and I am 161 --- I was down to 152. I am disgusted and started my strict diet today. Is there any tips that seem to work better for you??

Congrats! All that hard work sure did pay off. You look fantastic. I also noticed a lot more smiles as time progressed. Glad to see you are happy.
