Gastric Sleeve Patients

You look great. Are you exercising on a regular basis? Just curious. I have gained back 10 lbs. and I am 11 mos post op. I stopped exercising a few months ago and I eat all day long and went to my doctors today and I have to get back on track --- three meals a day...no snacking and back to walking alot. I started at 221 and I am 161 --- I was down to 152. I am disgusted and started my strict diet today. Is there any tips that seem to work better for you??
