  1. Thanks! I entered the hospital at 297 left at 310 and now I'm down to 228!
  2. So I am a little over 3 months out was sleeved June 4th and I am down 82 lbs can't believe how far I've come in such a short time! When I was pre op and newly post I scoured the forum for pics so I thought I'd share! About a month before surgery. The day after my surgery. Taken today 82 pounds down and about 80 more to go!

  4. I was 3 months out on September 4th not sure what I was down then but as of today I am 80 lbs down!
  5. June 4th down 77 lbs about another 80 to final goal 33 pounds away from onederland!

  7. So I did my first 5k today and even though I missed my goal of under an hour I'm still esatic! My time was an hour and 1 minute and 17 seconds! Next time I will be under that hour!! So I changed my avatar to my pic before I headed out in the rain to do the race! 3 months ago I never would have attempted a 5k and now I can't wait for my next one. Have no doubts I love my sleeve and my new life! We can do this!
  8. I love the carb master too! Also really enjoy dannon light and fit Greek yogurt can't remember all the stats but I do know it was 80 cal and 14 grams of protein and I'm think 8 or 12 carbs!

  11. I drink 5 hour energy perfect size for the sleeve and lots of b12 my surgeon is fine with it I buy the SAMs brand 23.00 for a 24 pack.
  12. Oh my! I just had noodles last night and the pain was so severe I was literally praying that I had not done any damage won't be trying that again for a looong while if ever! It was that bad!! Glad you can enjoy tho btw I'm 3 month out.

  14. I put them in my little boys pancakes I just throw a tbs into the batter also his scrambled eggs he never even notices!
  15. Ok nutritional stats are 90 calories, 12 carbs, 3 grams fiber, 1 fat gram and 10 grams protein. Not too bad for a treat!
  16. Well the results are in and they are fabulous!!! Perfect cake! Thanks to the op for this recipe! Here is how I did it. 1 tbs chocolate protein powder ( I used chike) 1 tbs self rising flour 1 packet Splenda with fiber 2 tbs skim milk I didn't have sugar free chocolate so I used about 5 unsweetened chocolate chips and barely a pinch of salt. 45 seconds in the microwave! I haven't figured out nutrtional stats yet though I will let you know when I do.

  19. I found the grape in a large canister for 5 bucks at big lots! I jumped on that real quick lol!

  21. My local landfill has scales they charge u by the half ton that may be an option for you to check into.
